Meet Our Team

CEO / Founder
Connelly Bossong
I am a registered nurse with 8+ years of experience across ER, ICU, OR, PACU, Pre-op, home health, pediatrics, COVID nursing, wound care, education, and management.
My vast experiences across a variety of fields allows me to service my attorney’s in multiple medical specialties.

I founded Lantana with the mission to provide professional opportunities for nurses outside of the hands-on clinical setting.

I currently hold active licenses in California, New York, and Hawaii.
My nursing career began in the Emergency Room where I practiced for 3+ years at level 1 and 2 trauma centers while travel nursing throughout the country.
During COVID I went to NYC to offer help during the pandemic where myself and 50 other ER nurses were crash course trained to be ICU nurses. This challenging but rewarding experience has helped me to understand how all levels of the hospital function as one, and the important roles each floor plays in the patients care.
After years of ICU and ER nursing, I pivoted to Home health nursing. Where I worked my way to Assistant Director of Nursing for a large home health company in the Bay Area. During this time I mastered my wound care skills as well as management of nurses and therapists.

I am currently a practicing RN and work part-time as a Clinical Nurse Educator for a renowned hospital system in San Francisco, California. I also still actively practice in Pre-op, OR, and PACU for a prestigious surgery center in San Francisco.

I currently work Full-Time as CEO of Lantana, servicing attorneys, and providing legal nurse education to my team, and other future legal nurses.
